Abstract
This article is a companion piece to Moshe Davidow’s “crystal ball” look at research in the field over the next 25 years. Here the focus is put on the shorter term and suggests multiple lines of research that are within reach today and the near future. These lines were culled from the published articles of the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction and Complaining Behavior (JCS/D&CB) between the years of 2005-2010.Issue
